We will also do our best to help professionals who want to train through projects in VAE and professional development projects.

In addition, we are a bilingual crèche, and you will have on your teams, every day, someone who will spend part of the day taking care of the children with you, but in English!

​

We are looking for one of our micro-crèche with 10 cradles, a  Crèche Director (M / F) to join Plume.

​

With us, the directors spend 90% of their time with the children, in the section, and you will be accompanied by a coordinator on pedagogical aspects and by managers on administration.

​

You will be part of a team of 5 people and you will have the opportunity to work on a large number of missions with children and their families:

​

• You take care of what parents have most precious: offer them a warm listening and sincere availability.

• Ensure the well-being of the child by taking care of him while respecting his individual rhythm and his physical, psychological and physiological needs.

• Guarantee children a warm welcome and promote their development by spending time with them and accompanying them during various awakening moments

• Apply and be responsible for all procedures, whether working methods, health and safety procedures, or house rules.

• Because it's not just children who need to be grown up, take part in the analysis and reflection on professional practices and team coaching

• Central point of the crèche, you will also take care of administrative tasks, such as taking small orders, managing parent files, recruiting, etc.

• Help us to move the educational project, we are open to all good ideas and hope that you can keep the nursery of Versailles alive and that we help you!

Required profile

More than a CV, we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and involved person in the world of early childhood. We know that early childhood is an environment where people are essential and we are looking for someone who loves their job and who communicates it!  

You must hold the Young Children's Educator diploma, young graduates are welcome. We will accompany you in your new position.

Finally, if you speak a foreign language or have always dreamed of working in an environment where a language other than French is spoken on a daily basis, this is a plus.
